B-STRUCTURA INIEZIONE OPUS

The B-STRUCTURA INIEZIONE OPUS injection mixture is composed of pure high‑strength white NATURAL HYDRAULIC LIME, produced from selected siliceous limestones and metacaolin.

The limestones are fired in vertical kilns at a temperature of less than 1,250° C and reduced to a powder by extinguishing the calcium oxide alone, without the need for grinding. The binder NHL 5 binder is totally free of pozzolanic materials, blast furnace slag, fly ash or hydraulic binders of any kind (clinker, cement, etc.), VOC and is compliant with UNI EN 459-1.

Fields of application

The fluid mixture B-STRUCTURA INIEZIONE OPUS is used directly on site for the consolidation injection of masonry. Injection can be carried out by percolation or with the use of low-pressure pumps using special canulae.
