B-STRUCTURA G

It is a biocompatible, pre-packaged structural mortar in powder form for interior and exterior use that complies with UNI EN 998-2.

B-STRUCTURA G is totally free of cement and compounds belonging to the clinker group. It consists of a mixture of pure limestone sands, screened in a continuous grain size range of 0 to 3 mm. The binder consists of Pure Natural Hydraulic Lime NHL in accordance with UNI EN 459-1 and Methacolin. Lime NHL, white in colour, is produced by firing siliceous limestones at temperatures below 1,250° C and reduced to powder by extinguishing the calcium oxide alone, without the addition of pozzolanic materials or hydraulic binders of any kind.

Fields of application

Grazie alle spiccate caratteristiche di resistenza meccanica, coesione e adesione ai supporti, la malta B-STRUCTURA G è particolarmente indicata per il consolidamento strutturale con reti in fibra di vetro, carbonio, acciaio, materiali compositi FRP e barre metalliche elicoidali o in FRP. B-STRUCTURA G può essere applicato direttamente su superfici verticali e orizzontali costituite da laterizio di mattoni pieni, forati portanti, forati leggeri, laterizio misto, pietrame e tufo. B-STRUCTURA G è ideale per rinzaffi consolidanti, intonaci strutturali, interventi di cuci-scuci, stilatura dei giunti di malta semplice o armata, formazione di murature in elevazione.
