TCS GLASS R220-05AR is a balanced fibreglass mesh made of yarn alkali resistant. The mesh is thermowelded by a thermo yarn in both weft and warp to ensure excellent stability of laying and workability on the construction site while maintaining a perfect alignment of the fibres. The mesh is in dry fibre applicable both with organic matrix for the production of FRP composite materials or inorganic matrix for the production of FRCM composite materials.

 

Product features

The mesh fabric TCS GLASS R220-05AR is ideal for consolidating and reinforcing the structural elements in masonry, stone and reinforced concrete for static or seismic improvement and adjustment.

Versatile: it is possible to apply it with an epoxy organic matrix or inorganic of natural hydraulic lime NHL 5.

Fast: drastically reduced installation time compared to the use of traditional technologies.

Restoration: particular attention is paid to the combination with inorganic matrix of natural hydraulic lime NHL 5, which makes it a reinforcement and consolidation system for structures subject to superintendence restrictions and for the entire cultural artistic heritage where the use of materials of the time period is fundamental. The hydraulic lime B-STRUCTURA NHL 5 matrix is able to reinforce without altering the system's breathability and thermo-hygrometric balance.

Reversibility: easy removal systems and thus restore the pre-consolidation conditions of existing structures.
